Camera ready submissions
Authors of accepted papers must prepare the final camera-ready manuscript and verify its compatibility with IEEE Xplore using IEEE PDF eXpress.
1. Prepare the Camera-Ready Manuscript
Before using IEEE PDF eXpress, please ensure that:
- The manuscript follows the official IEEE conference paper template.
- All reviewers’ comments have been addressed.
- The paper contains no comments, tracked changes, highlights, or editing marks.
- The title, author names, author order, affiliations, and email addresses are correct.
- Figures, tables, equations, and references are clear and properly formatted.
- The manuscript complies with the conference page limit.
- The paper has been carefully checked for grammatical, spelling, and content errors.
- No page numbers, headers, or footers have been added unless specifically required by the conference committee.
- The IEEE copyright notice is included only if the conference committee has provided the required wording.
2. Access IEEE PDF eXpress

3. Create an Account or Log In
For first-time users
- Select Create Account.
- Enter the Conference ID: 71778X.
- Enter and confirm your email address.
- Create a password.
- Complete the required contact information.
- Confirm the account through the confirmation email, if requested.
For returning users
Log in using:
- Conference ID: 71778X
- Your registered email address
- Your IEEE PDF eXpress password
An existing account may still require the correct Conference ID for this conference.
4. Submit the Paper for Validation

Submit New Title
Click "Submit New Title" after logging in.

Enter Paper Title
Enter the complete title of your paper.

Select Submission Type
Choose Submit PDF for Checking (if you already have a PDF), OR Submit Source File(s) for Conversion (for MS Word or LaTeX).

Upload File
Upload the appropriate file based on your selection above.

Wait for Result
Wait for the validation result displayed in your account (may also be sent by email).
For LaTeX conversion: Include the LaTeX source file and all required figures, bibliography files, style files, and other dependencies in a ZIP archive.
5. Check the Validation Result
✅ If the paper passes
The paper will be marked as compatible with IEEE Xplore. Carefully inspect the validated PDF and confirm that:
- All pages are displayed correctly.
- All fonts and mathematical symbols are rendered properly.
- Figures and tables are complete and readable.
- No content is missing or misplaced.
- The final PDF corresponds to the accepted camera-ready manuscript.
Download and retain the IEEE PDF eXpress-approved PDF.
❌ If the paper fails
- Review the PDF Check Report.
- Correct all reported errors.
- Return to the existing paper title in PDF eXpress.
- Click Try Again and upload the corrected file.
Important: Do not create a new title when submitting a corrected version of the same paper.
If you cannot correct the PDF errors, you may submit the source files for conversion or contact IEEE PDF Support at pdfsupport@ieee.org.
6. Submit the Final Camera-Ready Paper

Download the approved PDF after it has passed validation.

Do Not Modify
Do not modify the PDF after it has passed the validation.

Upload to Conference System
Upload the exact approved PDF to the conference submission system.

Complete Copyright Form
Complete the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form, if it has not already been completed.

Verify Consistency
Verify that the final paper title, author information, and PDF file are consistent with the information recorded in the system.
Important Reminders:
- Checking a paper through IEEE PDF eXpress does not, by itself, complete the camera-ready submission unless the system explicitly confirms that the file has been submitted to the Conference Editor.
- Authors are responsible for ensuring that the final submission is complete before the camera-ready deadline.
